Welcome to All Things Nursing and More — a space where I share my journey as a Registered Nurse, LVN 2022, currently RN to BSN at Grand Canyon University, Mama of 3, and Blessed with the opportunity to foster a little one in our home and now will be forever ❤ parenting, and personal growth. LVN to RN Mentor Program

The LVN to RN Mentor Program is designed to support vocational nurses who are transitioning to registered nursing. The purpose of this program is to provide guidance, encouragement, and peer support throughout the journey from LVN to RN.

This program connects students with experienced mentors who can share insights into coursework, clinical experiences, managing study-work-life balance, and navigating the NCLEX and licensure process. Our goal is to help LVN to RN candidates feel confident, supported, and prepared for both academic and practical challenges.

To get involved, students interested in having a mentor or current RNs interested in becoming a mentor can reach out via our contact page or email. We’ll match students with mentors based on specialty interests, location, and schedules. Together, we can empower each other and foster success in the nursing profession.

1:1 Mentor Program

Package Deal: Join our mentor program package and receive 4 Zoom sessions per month, access to personal notes for each term of nursing school, and additional valuable resources to help you succeed in your journey from LVN to RN.
